本草银耳全部都能食用,免洗免泡,泡发率高达36倍,煮制十几分钟就胶质满满。本草银耳的胶质是普通银耳4倍,2克就能煮出一碗胶质满满的银耳羹。

使用方式 How to use

保温杯/焖烧壶:加入100度沸水,等待15分钟-20分钟。每1克银耳加100ml水。

养生壶:煮 20 分钟,每1克银耳加100ml水。

锅:煮 15 分钟,每1克银耳加100ml水。

.备注:此银耳无需浸泡,无需清洗。
