薏米水的做法步骤:
- 薏米冲洗干净后,在冷水浸泡3小时以上。
- 将薏米、冰糖倒入锅中,加1000毫升纯净水或矿泉水,以中火煮开后,转小火煮30分钟或至薏米软即可。
